Toe Wiggle

It's like in Kill Bill. Sometimes you have to regress it down to a toe wiggle.

Many people have difficulty with toe dissociations, short foot, and vele's lean corrective exercises. These people also can't maintain foot stability with advanced exercises like farmer's carries, squats, running, etc.

Part of it is a homoncukus smudge or a cortical atrophy, their toe doesn't exist in their brain. The other part is it's usually just atrophied and weak. #TopDownMeetsBottomUp

Maybe they can get away with another compensation(s) #dynamicsystem. Maybe they can use footwear or orthotics. Or maybe they just need to build it back step by step (no pun intended).

Sure, this exercise will need to be progressed to truly resolve the deficit. But sometimes you need to start build a solid foundation from the ground up (pun intended).
